Defender Monitoring Service

Defender Security Service goes where you go. When you deploy your Defender’s pepper spray, or when you push the alert button, Defender Security Service is there to get you the help you need. The Defender app on your smartphone then goes to work getting you the outside assistance you may need in the form of a local police dispatch and/or medical assistance, depending on the nature of the incident. You also have the ability to push a separate button that will get you help without having to use the pepper spray, if you choose. The app then sends a preset text and an email to make sure your information gets to authorities, and to your preset contacts. The message can include a recent picture of you (and a picture of a would be assailant if you deployed the pepper spray), a detailed description of any medical conditions (including any allergies to medication), as well as your current GPS location.
