Our Return Policy: Our goal is simple: if you’re not 100% satisfied with your Getthedefender purchase, RETURN IT! We accept claims and or returns up to 30 days from date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee with be deducted from your refund. Returns should be shipped by UPS. Please include your UNUSED product, original receipt and all product packaging. Credits are only issued for product returned as unused and in the same condition as originally sold. Please ship to:

Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit card credit. Credits are only issued for product returned as unused and in the same condition as originally sold.

DAMAGED/MISSING MERCHANDISE: In the case of merchandise that may arrive damaged or missing, i.e. broken bottle, please e-mail us immediately so that we may make UPS aware of the problem. You must keep all packing and shipping boxes or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf.

Shipping Policy: Save time and money, UPS Ground is now our standard shipping option to the Continental US and is ONLY $6.95. All deliveries are 1-6 business days. ***from the time of shipment, not the date of your order*** We ship all orders received before 1pm the next business day. $6.95 for shipping and handling. Sorry, second and next day air is not available.

Alaska, Hawaii, PR, US Virgin Islands, Guam and AS all ship USPS for $6.95. Monitoring service to all the areas noted above will be confirmed before your purchase is finalized.
